    Keeps sugar levels down

Posted by Colin Wilson on 23rd Apr 2017

Bitter Melon, as it says on the packet, has a bitter taste, but the more you drink the, more you get used to it. But most things that are good for you are unpleasant to taste.
And I know that it is doing me good, because my sugar levels are under control.
